Start Your Day with Purpose – Join Our Member Services Team! Part-Time | Weekend Closer Location: Ipswich YMCA Are you a morning person who enjoys making others feel welcome and supported? Are you looking for meaningful part-time work where you can connect with your community and help others start their day off right? If so, we want to meet you! The Ipswich YMCA is looking for an energetic and personable individual to join our Member Services team. In this front-facing role, you’ll be the first smile our members see in the morning—and the friendly voice they rely on for information, connection, and support. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Previous customer service, sales, or related experience.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Must be available on weekends: Saturdays: 12:00pm-6:00pm
Responsibilities
