About The Position

Now Hiring: Weekend Caregiver in Columbia, MO Help seniors remain comfortable and safe at home while making a meaningful difference in your community. Phoenix Home Care has an immediate need for a compassionate and dependable caregiver to support a senior client in Columbia. This role focuses on weekend care with flexibility to help during both daytime and overnight hours on Saturday and Sunday. Weekend Hours of Need: Morning shifts: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm Overnight shifts: 9:00 pm – 8:00 am Caregivers may work one or both shift types based on availability. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
Hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance
Assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift (experience required)
Help with meal preparation
Support daily routines and activities
Offer companionship and reassurance
