Right at Home is seeking dependable, compassionate Weekend Caregiver to provide companion and personal cares to our clients. Companion care includes light housekeeping, laundry assistance, transportation, medication reminders, meal preparation and participating in activities the client enjoys like puzzles or games. Clients may also need assisted walking, transfers, and exercises. Personal care includes help with bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene. What you will do as a Weekend Caregiver : Provide light housekeeping, do laundry, make meals. Transport clients to appointments or the store. Assist with personal cares like transfers, toileting, showers, hygiene. Medication reminders, life management. Provide companionship with engaging activities and ensure client safety. Report changes in condition or concerns around the well-being of the client. Delegated nursing tasks like catheter care, medication administration, etc with training by RN. Follow agency policies, procedures, and protocols
