Your role as a Caregiver As a new Caregiver at Carrollton Gardens, you'll be responsible for assisting residents with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and meal preparation. You will also provide companionship, monitor their well-being, and ensure their living space is clean and organized. Training will be provided to help you build confidence in your caregiving skills. Your role is crucial in creating a safe and nurturing environment for our residents as they go about their daily routines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in English
• Dedication to ongoing education
• Reliable transportation
• At least 18 years old
• A clear criminal history
• Experience in caregiving, particularly with the elderly
