Weekend Baylor RN (Chelsea / Everett)
About The Position
This position is for a Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse (RN) focused on delivering meaningful, patient-centered care in the home health setting. The role involves comprehensive patient assessments, development and adjustment of individualized care plans, and the provision of skilled nursing care, including medication and treatment management. The RN will monitor patient progress, educate patients and caregivers on health management, coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and supervise Home Health Aides and LPNs. Accurate and timely clinical documentation, including OASIS, is a key responsibility.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- BSN + 1 year experience OR ASN/Diploma + 2 years experience
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
