As a Wedding Venue Tour Guide, you will be a face of Trademark Venues, providing exceptional tours to potential clients. Your role is to highlight the unique features of our venues, answer operational questions, and create a welcoming and informative experience for all visitors. You will play a crucial role in helping couples envision their perfect wedding day and ensure they feel confident in choosing our venues.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, event planning, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and connect with diverse clients.
Enthusiasm for weddings and event planning.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and informative tours of our wedding venues for prospective clients.
Highlight the unique features, amenities, and benefits of each venue.
Answer questions about the venue and refer prospective clients to a product specialist for pricing and specific package information.
Build rapport with clients and understand their specific needs and preferences.
Assist clients in visualizing their wedding day at our venues.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our venues, services, and competitive advantages.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
Complete other duties as assigned
