Wedgewood Weddings is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to join their General Manager in Training (GMIT) program. This program is a focused development track for established leaders, not a beginner's course, designed to help them master Wedgewood's proven venue management model. Over 6–12 months, trainees will gain hands-on experience across all departments, including sales, event execution, culinary operations, and financial management. They will be supported by a network of General Managers and centralized teams in HR, marketing, and accounting. The goal is to provide the tools, structure, and time to ensure confidence and long-term success as a Wedgewood Weddings General Manager, ultimately leading their own property.
