As the Marketing Manager for Content Partnerships & Creator Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate WEBTOON's brand, drive user acquisition, and boost social media engagement. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, you will manage integrated marketing campaigns, optimizing performance to achieve key business goals. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Partnerships, this high-impact role is a vital part of the Brand & Audience Development team and contributes directly to our marketing flywheel through both B2C and B2B efforts. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic thinking and executional excellence, with a clear understanding of the value behind diverse partnerships, understanding of the creator economy, and a passion for driving business growth.
