FockSafety.com serves as the central hub for marketing, a key resource for sales, and the primary driver of lead generation across hundreds of thousands of monthly visitors. The Web Experience Manager will own the website experience end to end, with a primary focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO), SEO/AEO management, and site experience improvements. This role will build and scale our A/B testing program through VWO, manage our SEO program in partnership with our agency, and develop our emerging AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategy to ensure Flock is discoverable in AI powered search. This person will partner with Brand/Creative on web page builds and project management, allowing them to focus on the high-impact strategic and technical work that drives pipeline.
