About The Position

The Website & Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s family of six corporate websites. This role serves as the main website administrator and a key contributor to the Marketing Team, ensuring each site reflects our brand standards, supports lead generation, and delivers strong user experience. In addition, this position helps develop and deliver digital marketing content — including online advertisements, digital banners, social media campaigns, marketing videos, and presentation materials (PowerPoint) — to enhance our digital presence and engage customers across platforms. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web Design, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in website administration, digital marketing, or content creation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing multiple websites or a multi-brand digital presence is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for all six company websites.
  • Manage website updates, page builds, content uploads, and navigation improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for website enhancements, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor website analytics and performance, recommending updates or strategies to improve traffic, engagement, and SEO.
  • Ensure all website content aligns with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and marketing objectives.
  • Assist with implementing new tools, plug-ins, and integrations to support business and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, Multimedia Projects Supervisor, and creative team to produce engaging digital content for websites, social media, and online advertising.
  • Design and manage digital ads, website banners, and landing pages for campaigns and promotions.
  • Plan and edit short-form marketing videos for use on websites, YouTube, and social platforms.
  • Assist with social media content planning, posting, and performance tracking.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and ensure website alignment with digital communications.
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations to support marketing campaigns, project updates, sales enablement, training materials, and executive or leadership presentations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and messaging.
  • Work closely with Marketing team members to align digital initiatives with overall strategy and branding.
  • Partner with IT or web vendors to resolve technical issues and support website development projects.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and emerging web technologies.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers while promoting a “People First” approach.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support efficient HR and administrative operations.
  • Balance technical responsibilities with a service-oriented mindset to support co-workers and the organization.
  • Support internal communication efforts by developing clear, visually consistent PowerPoint presentations for cross-functional teams, leadership, and company-wide initiatives.
