About The Position

Website Developer– Onco360 Pharmacy Louisville, KY | Full-Time | Salary range starting at $80k and up depending on experience Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking a Website Developer to join our dedicated team in Louisville, KY. This is a full-time remote position. The Website Developer will participate in the cross-functional, collaborative eco-system between key business owners and will function as the technical expert responsible for creating and maintaining websites and web applications for Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy, CareMed Specialty Pharmacy, and ConnectMed360 . The Website Developer will play a key role in building and maintaining our web presence. You will collaborate with designers and content creators to transform website designs into functional and user-friendly web experiences. Website Developer will be responsible for understanding and interpreting the company’s strategic plan, execution of high-quality, responsive websites, in making digital marketing recommendations, and developing digital marketing opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development, or related field
2+ years as a website developer or related field.
Proven portfolio showcasing strong web development skills and the ability to build user-friendly websites.
Previous experience with execution of diversified social and digital marketing techniques.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS and Java Script or relevant front-end framework like React or Vue.js.
Strong understanding of web accessibility best practices.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
A passion for building high quality and visually appealing websites.

Nice To Haves

Specialty Pharmacy, Retail Pharmacy, or Patient Support Services/HUB experience preferred.
Working knowledge of back-end technologies (i.e. PHP, Python).
Experience with a content management system is preferred

Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers, content creators, marketing leads, and project managers to understand website requirements and functionalities
Build and optimize websites from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications and user needs
Utilize programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to create responsive and interactive web applications.
Integrate content management systems (CMS) to allow for content creation and editing by non-technical users.
Perform routine site audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates to enhance performance and security.
Focus on creating a seamless user experience by optimizing site navigation and load times
Ensure website responsiveness and optimal user experience across various devices.
Optimize website performance for speed and search engines.
