Website Developer
About The Position
The Website Developer will participate in the cross-functional, collaborative eco-system between key business owners and will function as the technical expert responsible for creating and maintaining websites and web applications for Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy, CareMed Specialty Pharmacy, and ConnectMed360 . The Website Developer will play a key role in building and maintaining our web presence. You will collaborate with designers and content creators to transform website designs into functional and user-friendly web experiences. Website Developer will be responsible for understanding and interpreting the company’s strategic plan, execution of high-quality, responsive websites, in making digital marketing recommendations, and developing digital marketing opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development, or related field
- 2+ years as a website developer or related field.
- Proven portfolio showcasing strong web development skills and the ability to build user-friendly websites.
- Previous experience with execution of diversified social and digital marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS and Java Script or relevant front-end framework like React or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of web accessibility best practices.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- A passion for building high quality and visually appealing websites.
Nice To Haves
- Specialty Pharmacy, Retail Pharmacy, or Patient Support Services/HUB experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of back-end technologies (i.e. PHP, Python).
- Experience with a content management system is preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, marketing leads, and project managers to understand website requirements and functionalities
- Build and optimize websites from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications and user needs
- Utilize programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to create responsive and interactive web applications.
- Integrate content management systems (CMS) to allow for content creation and editing by non-technical users.
- Perform routine site audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates to enhance performance and security.
- Focus on creating a seamless user experience by optimizing site navigation and load times
- Ensure website responsiveness and optimal user experience across various devices.
- Optimize website performance for speed and search engines.
- Stay up to date on the latest web development trends and technologies
