About The Position

You will be a key pillar of our GTM (Go To Market) team, focused on the strategic evolution and scaling of our most critical partnerships. Your mission is to deepen Chainlink’s integration within our established partner ecosystem strategically. You will serve as the primary interface for a portfolio of Tier-1 partners, including L1/L2 labs and foundations, centralised exchanges, custodians, wallets, compliance firms and development shops to identify, nurture, and execute new opportunities for value creation. You will bridge the gap between our partners’ long-term roadmaps and Chainlink’s product suite, ensuring we remain their foundational infrastructure provider of choice.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Account Management or Partnerships experience with a proven track record of strategically expanding partner relationships
  • 2 years of professional experience in the Web3 industry
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organisational structures and build productive relationships with both technical leads and business executives.
  • Proven experience thriving in a high-growth startup environment; you are comfortable with ambiguity, move fast, and possess a strong "owner" mindset.
  • Strategically minded and able to develop and execute innovative solutions
  • Strong technical understanding of core blockchain concepts, allowing you to effectively communicate with technical stakeholders.
  • Based in North America.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Centralised Exchanges (CEXs), Custodians, or Compliance/Risk firms within the digital asset space.
  • Experience in TradFi or Institutional Digital Assets, specifically focusing on tokenisation and digital asset-related workflows.
  • Experience working within international and geographically distributed teams

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Own the day-to-day management of priority partners, ensuring timely support and engagement. Map and cultivate deep, multi-threaded relationships across partner organisations, ensuring strong rapport with key decision-makers.
  • Ecosystem Expansion: Identify and unlock "expansion" opportunities by aligning Chainlink’s product evolution with the specific technical and commercial needs of our partners.
  • Vertical Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a domain expert for your assigned partner verticals, providing insights that translate to internal Chainlink priorities and, in turn, into compelling external growth strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead the internal "command center" for your partners, coordinating with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of commitments and technical integrations.
  • Joint Business Plans: Design and execute joint business plans with partners to drive mutual brand visibility, network adoption, and revenue growth.
