As a Web Sling Fabricator for Total Tool, you'll be responsible for producing, inspecting and testing synthetic assemblies and round slings in accordance with company manufacturing methods and standards.
Requirements
- No sewing experience required - just a good attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn!
- Hardworking, Humble, and Hungry
- Ability to learn internal computer program
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to learn sewing patterns and stitch length
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual preferred - Spanish and English
Responsibilities
- Build all flat and round synthetic slings to meet ASME and Total Tool standards.
- Complete all work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain all equipment and conduct weekly equipment inspections.
- Review all work orders for correct components.
- Conduct monthly rigging batch testing.
- Keep a clean and safe work environment.
- Complete annual safety training.
