About The Position

The Web & SEO Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing Rentyl Resorts' digital ecosystem. This position is responsible for analyzing website performance, improving user experience, and implementing SEO strategies that increase organic traffic and search visibility. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about staying ahead of Google's broad core algorithm updates. You will collaborate across departments to ensure our web assets are optimized, functional, and aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Web Analytics, Web Design, Front-End Development, or SEO.
  • Proficiency with major analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, website design processes, UX, and usability.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, marketing, and creative teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Nice To Haves

  • Agency experience.
  • Hospitality or travel industry experience.
  • Experience with Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with SQL databases, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Additional experience in hospitality digital marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on customer interaction and behavior across all websites.
  • Conduct ongoing website audits to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities.
  • Perform daily website updates and maintenance to enhance usability and user experience.
  • Develop and implement creative solutions within a content management system (CMS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless workflow.
  • Establish and maintain SEO best practices in partnership with the web team.
  • Conduct keyword research using tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz Keyword Explorer, RankIQ, etc.
  • Track competitor organic search performance and share insights with the marketing team.
  • Measure and report on the success of SEO initiatives and campaigns.
  • Maintain SEO data sources, including Google Search Console and tracked keyword lists.
  • Partner with marketing and SEO stakeholders to maintain a roadmap of high-impact optimizations.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to relevant teams.
  • Build, update, and maintain Looker Studio dashboards for multiple properties.
  • Improve user experience, organic search rankings, and YoY organic traffic across assigned websites.
