Senior Manager, Web & SEO

ArcSite
3dRemote

About The Position

ArcSite is hiring a Senior Manager, Web & SEO to own the website as a growth engine and lead organic acquisition. This role is accountable for technical SEO, on-page optimization, programmatic SEO, conversion rate optimization, and content prioritization and pipeline operations—including evolving our strategy to incorporate AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) across modern search and AI answer surfaces. You’ll operate as the marketing owner for web and organic growth, partnering across Paid, Content, Product Marketing, and RevOps/Analytics to align keyword targets, messaging, landing pages, and conversion paths for both self-serve and sales-assisted outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years owning website growth and SEO in B2B SaaS or a similar environment.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes across both self-serve and sales-assisted web journeys.
  • Strong Webflow (or similar CMS) capability; comfortable shipping changes directly and maintaining site standards.
  • Strong technical SEO skills with a track record of improving SEO health and performance.
  • Experience with programmatic SEO (template-driven page creation and governance).
  • Demonstrated strength in keyword strategy, content prioritization, and operating a content pipeline end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical judgment and clear communication of priorities, tradeoffs, and results.
  • AI-native working style: leverage AI tools to increase speed and quality while maintaining high integrity and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience structuring content for answer-first formats and AI-driven visibility (AEO).
  • Experience building competitive/alternatives page systems and high-intent solution page frameworks.
  • Experience managing freelancers/agencies at scale and running editorial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own ArcSite’s website experience in Webflow: page quality, UX consistency, messaging alignment, performance hygiene, and ongoing upkeep.
  • Build and optimize high-impact landing pages and key journeys across self-serve and sales-assisted conversion paths.
  • Run a CRO iteration cadence: identify friction, prioritize tests/changes, ship updates, and report impact.
  • Own SEO performance end-to-end: site architecture, crawl/index health, internal linking, on-page optimization, and off-page levers.
  • Conduct regular audits and implement improvements across the website and content system.
  • Ensure pages consistently match search intent and drive downstream outcomes (signups, leads, and pipeline).
  • Own keyword research and prioritization across core intent areas (education/templates, solution/industry pages, alternatives/comparisons, and high-intent evaluation pages).
  • Identify, validate, and build high-value SEO content opportunities directly—balancing quick-win coverage with durable “pillar” assets.
  • Structure and optimize pages to improve performance across modern search experiences, including answer-first formats and AI-driven discovery (AEO).
  • Partner with the Content Marketing team to scale successful themes into higher-quality, full-funnel content (e.g., deeper narratives, proof-driven assets, editorial-led pieces).
  • Build and publish core SEO content directly (net-new pages and updates), maintaining strong standards for intent match, differentiation, and conversion alignment.
  • Run a consistent refresh and optimization cadence across priority pages based on performance signals and business needs.
  • Develop and govern repeatable page systems (templates, QA checks, internal linking rules, structured components) to scale production efficiently without sacrificing quality.
  • When needed, coordinate with freelancers/agencies to extend output, with clear QA and publishing standards.
  • Build and manage programmatic SEO initiatives to capture long-tail demand via repeatable templates and governed page creation.
  • Establish QA rules and governance so scaled pages remain accurate, differentiated, and conversion-oriented.
  • Track and report performance across sessions, rankings/CTR, and conversion rates by journey; partner with RevOps/Analytics on lead quality and pipeline attribution.
  • Partner with Paid on landing page strategy and conversion efficiency; partner with Product Marketing on ICP narratives, proof points, and messaging consistency.

Benefits

  • Unlimited PTO
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Vested 401(k) match as of start date
  • $75 monthly wellness stipend
