About The Position

A dynamic Web Design & SEO Specialist is needed to lead the creation, optimization, and maintenance of an extensive ecosystem of company websites. This role is perfect for a designer with expertise in web layout, SEO strategy, and graphic design. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and publishing web pages, optimizing site performance and rankings, managing digital assets, and contributing to branding efforts across a network of 1,000+ domains. The role also involves supporting both digital and physical design needs—from online graphics to booth and cabinet layouts—while collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Jupiter, FL, in a fast-growing security-focused organization known for its positive, collaborative culture and strong employee-first mindset.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and updating websites across multiple domains (2+ years).
• Strong SEO capabilities including keyword strategy, metadata, ranking tactics, and site performance optimization (2+ years).
• Digital graphic design experience (1+ years).
• Must have a portfolio showcasing web design and graphic design work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and consistency across large volumes of web assets.

• Exceptional written communication for website content authorship.
