Job Overview Rightworks is seeking an experienced and strategic Web Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day web operations ensuring our digital presence drives brand awareness, engagement and lead generation. The ideal candidate has a passion for improving the customer/prospect web experience and visit/lead conversion rate. This role will support the web team in daily web operations, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts and report directly to the Senior Web Manager. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week in our Nashua, NH headquarters.
