  • Turn designs into clean, functional, and accessible front-end implementations using modern web technologies.
  • Develop tools, processes, and reusable templates that empower designers and developers to create user-friendly, scalable designs.
  • Troubleshoot UI issues quickly to minimize downtime and ensure rapid iteration.
  • Own the design-to-web handoff process, reducing rework and optimizing delivery speed.

  • Implement, maintain, and optimize a robust design system with reusable components and templates.
  • Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across all design assets and front-end implementations.
  • Reduce miscommunication between design and development through standardized components and documentation.
  • Establish and maintain documentation for design-to-web standards, workflows, and best practices.
  • Develop CMS templates aligned with the design system and accessibility requirements.
  • Collaborate with design, operations, and marketing teams to continuously enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Create training resources and enablement materials to improve system adoption and skill development across teams.
  • Ensure all web pages meet WCAG and ADA accessibility standards.
  • Conduct accessibility audits, document gaps, and oversee remediation based on VPAT or equivalent evaluations.
  • Advocate for inclusive design principles across all stages of development.
