You bring deep expertise in web analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement, and you thrive at translating data into clear, actionable improvements that drive engagement and conversion. You operate with a product mindset, defining hypotheses, success metrics, and experiment briefs, while partnering closely with Web Experience Design, Web Programs & Operations, and Web Engineering to prioritize and execute high-impact initiatives that support the business and drive success. You are comfortable leading a core discipline as a team of one, setting standards, establishing best practices, and influencing outcomes through data and collaboration rather than authority. You’ll collaborate across teams to improve the user experience of Snowflake’s corporate website and related properties, helping to define and execute a forward-looking web vision. In this role, you will own Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target end to end, establish a trusted reporting and experimentation cadence, and help position Snowflake’s corporate web platform for future personalization and AI-powered web experiences. Your work will directly impact how users engage with Snowflake’s digital presence and how the web team makes data-informed decisions. This role reports to the Director, Web Strategy and sits within the Global Web team as part of the Brand Marketing organization.

Requirements

  • Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
  • Deep expertise in web analytics and experimentation, including hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Heap Analytic, Adobe Target and similar enterprise-grade tools.
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable improvements in engagement and conversion through experimentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with design, engineering, and operations teams to drive execution.
  • Product-oriented thinking, including experience defining hypotheses, success metrics, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions through data and storytelling.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and high expectations.
  • A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Quick to understand complex enterprise workflows and technical processes.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in web optimization, web analytics, experimentation, or a related role, ideally supporting large-scale, public-facing B2B websites.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience managing Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target in a production environment.
  • Experience identifying, testing, using, or optimizing AI-powered web experiences, such as AI agents, automated experiences, or intelligent interfaces, with a focus on measurement and user impact.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally to evaluate AI-powered experiences using experimentation, analytics, and clear success metrics.
  • Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager and modern web ecosystems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target end to end, including configuration, governance, experimentation, and ongoing optimization.
  • Establish and maintain a clear, trusted reporting cadence, delivering actionable insights that inform web priorities and decision-making.
  • Lead the web experimentation and optimization program, defining hypotheses, success metrics, experiment briefs, execution plans, and learnings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, user experience, and form-fill conversion across Snowflake’s global corporate websites.
  • Partner closely with Web Experience Design, Web Programs & Operations, and Web Engineering to align priorities and execute optimization initiatives.
  • Translate insights into action, moving beyond dashboards to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Identify, test, and optimize AI-powered web experiences, using experimentation and analytics to evaluate impact on engagement, conversion, and user behavior.
  • Establish scalable optimization frameworks and best practices that enable continuous improvement over time.
  • Clearly communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
