About the Role At SiaXperience, Program Managers do more than shepherd single workstream projects from point A to point B. Rather, you’re responsible for a complex digital portfolio of projects serving enterprise clients, ensuring enhancements, integrations, and new builds progress smoothly through each phase of the development lifecycle. The focus is on digital products including websites and web applications, requiring a strong grasp of technical workflows, stakeholder alignment, budget management, and end-to-end delivery. You’ll be the central coordinator across product, engineering, design, QA, and client teams—driving clarity, managing dependencies, and ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope. This role is specifically geared toward leading web marketing programs and ensuring sites and experiences are built, updated, and optimized according to modern web, UX, SEO, and content best practices. You will partner directly with clients to understand their broader marketing initiatives, translate those initiatives into site optimizations, and connect the dots across creative, content, and technical workflows to ensure the work moves forward with clarity and purpose.

  • Web Platform Orchestrator: You’ll manage the full lifecycle of web-based platforms—not only launches, but also the ongoing updates and enhancements they require. You’ll coordinate across designers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to define who needs to be involved, estimate effort and timelines, and ensure smooth delivery. You’ll ensure all updates and enhancements follow web marketing best practices and align with client goals, audience needs, and performance standards. You’ll bring marketing-minded structure to workflows, driving accuracy across content, creative, SEO, and engineering deliverables.
  • Connector Across Teams: You’ll bridge communication between clients and internal teams, translating requirements into clear deliverables, reporting back on progress, and keeping stakeholders aligned. You’ll guide clients through recommendations, clarify what success looks like, and proactively spot opportunities to improve their website experience, structure, and performance.
  • Risk Anticipator: You’ll proactively identify dependencies, risks, and blockers—resolving issues or escalating early to keep web initiatives on track. You’ll also foresee downstream impacts across creative, content, engineering, and SEO, ensuring decisions are sequenced correctly and tradeoffs are understood.
  • Process Driver: You’ll bring structure and repeatable practices to technical workflows, improving predictability and velocity while keeping quality high.
  • Trusted Partner: You’ll be a steady, client-facing presence, known for strong documentation, clear updates, and consistent follow-through.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in an agency, firm or product development environment.
  • Proven success managing large-scale website or web application projects from kickoff through deployment.
  • Strong understanding of web development lifecycles, including discovery, UX/UI design, engineering, QA/testing, and launch.
  • Ability to interpret and manage requirements across technical teams; familiarity with tech stacks and integration flows a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with client-facing experience.
