This is where you and your skills come in. We are looking for: a web marketing manager to facilitate the execution and day-to-day health of our marketing websites as a key growth and conversion channel. In this role, you will be a primary project driver for the CMS migration, coordinating the transition from inception to launch by translating business needs into technical requirements. You will utilize project management tools to keep cross-functional workstreams aligned, while supporting the broader web marketing roadmap.

Requirements

5+ years leading major site migrations or platform rebuilds
Expert at drafting precise requirements for engineering teams
Deep knowledge of global WCAG compliance and privacy standards
Managed projects from initial whiteboard to live production
Experience in using UX and A/B testing to grow leads

Responsibilities

Own the web lifecycle from kickoff to analysis
Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specs and tickets
Build and manage timelines and project dependencies
Audit every page for performance, accessibility, and brand standards
Fix process bottlenecks using AI to increase team output
Track and analyze launch data to link web projects to conversions
