About The Position

IFA Brand Team is on the lookout for a versatile, user-obsessed Web Integration & Experience Specialist to join our e-commerce team. If you love building seamless web experiences, connecting systems so data flows where it should, and optimizing sites for real people, this could be your ideal role-especially if rural life, agriculture, and community storytelling speak to you. In this role, you'll connect platforms (CMS, e‑commerce, CRM, analytics), improve site performance and accessibility, and help design user journeys that inform, inspire, and drive action. You'll collaborate with designers, content teams, and IT partners to launch features, fix issues, and make our web ecosystem stronger every sprint. We're looking for someone who's equal parts problem-solver and collaborator-detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable working independently or as part of a cross‑functional crew.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Information Systems, Digital Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • 2–4 years of experience managing websites, integrations, or digital experience platforms
  • Working knowledge and experience with SAP Commerce Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with a modern CMS (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar)
  • Experience with CRM's such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or something similar
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript; ability to read and debug front-end code
  • Extensive experience with APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns; comfort using Postman or similar tools, experience with Talon.One a big plus
  • Experience with analytics/tagging tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager), pixels, and conversion tracking
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals, sitemaps, structured data, and redirects
  • Comfort with QA tools, performance testing, and basic accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Strong sense for usable layouts, hierarchy, and mobile-first design
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, user-friendly components
  • Eye for details that elevate the experience-microcopy, states, error handling, and forms
  • Solid grasp of site performance metrics, Core Web Vitals, and optimization tactics
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools, personalization, and funnel analysis
  • Comfortable collaborating in agile or sprint-based workflows and using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Asana)
  • Clear communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical teams
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and proactive in documenting processes
  • Strong prioritization and follow-through across multiple concurrent projects

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with e‑commerce platforms or store locator integrations
  • Knowledge of schema markup, XML feeds, and product data management
  • Basic design skills (Figma/Adobe XD) or the ability to partner closely with designers
  • Passion for farming, ranching, rural communities, or retail environments

Responsibilities

  • Partner with creative, marketing, and IT teams to translate business goals into clear website enhancements
  • Map user journeys and recommend improvements to IA, navigation, and content layout
  • Maintain brand consistency across web templates, components, and micro-interactions
  • Support campaign landing pages with strong UX, mobile-first design, and conversion best practices
  • Connect and maintain integrations across CMS, CRM/marketing automation, e‑commerce, search, and analytics tools
  • Implement and troubleshoot APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines (e.g., product feeds, store locators, inventory, event registration)
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to scope, test, and deploy integrations
  • Document integration architecture, dependencies, and version history
  • Manage CMS components, templates, and modules; support content authors with best practices
  • Publish, QA, and optimize pages for speed, SEO, accessibility, and responsiveness
  • Maintain a tidy asset library (media, components, scripts) and enforce naming/versioning conventions
  • Coordinate deployment schedules and manage staging-to-production workflows
  • Own QA for new pages, features, and integrations across browsers and devices
  • Monitor uptime, page speed, and error logs-proactively flag and resolve issues
  • Conduct accessibility checks (contrast, alt text, keyboard nav, ARIA) and recommend fixes
  • Implement and maintain cookie consent and privacy requirements across the site
  • Configure and validate analytics tracking, pixels, and tags; maintain a clean data layer
  • Build dashboards and reports to track key KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, site health)
  • Run A/B tests and iterate on UX, content, and forms based on insights
  • Partner with SEO to improve technical health (sitemaps, schema, redirects, core vitals)
  • Serve as a go‑to resource for web requests, triaging tickets and prioritizing work
  • Train non-technical teammates on CMS workflows and publishing guidelines
  • Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and documentation
  • Work cross‑functionally to support retail, agronomy, animal nutrition, and member programs online
