As the Web Growth & Optimization Manager, you’ll work as a member of the Marketing team where you’ll share responsibility for the strategy, performance, and optimization of the company’s website and digital properties. You’ll partner with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Business Operations to drive website strategy, execution, and continuous improvement, ensuring a world-class digital experience. You’ll lead initiatives for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Accessibility Engine Optimization (AEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and some website development. Reporting to the Director of Demand and Growth, you’ll be the champion of the website as the central hub of the revenue engine, ensuring its performance and functionality align with overall growth goals. You will also manage the intake process for all website requests.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience preferred managing B2B tech stack, preferably:
  • Efficient in: Domo, Google Analytics, Asana
  • Experimental channels: Quora, Instagram, YouTube
  • Proven experience in website management, SEO, CRO, and managing development resources
  • A data-driven approach to website optimization and conversion.
  • An iterative builder’s mindset, meaning the ability to constantly monitor and optimize digital programs
  • Ability to lead strategically and execute effectively across multiple functions

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the overall website strategy, roadmap, and performance, ensuring alignment with marketing and revenue objectives.
  • Lead and execute initiatives for SEO, AEO, and CRO, including A/B testing to continuously improve website conversion rates and user experience
  • Manage the technical health, performance, and development backlog of the website, working with internal and external development resources
  • Serve as the central point of intake for all website requests from across the organization, prioritizing and managing them through to execution
  • Partner with Revenue, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to ensure the website drives value and efficiency across the entire customer lifecycle
  • Establish effective website performance metrics, reporting, and dashboarding, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Domo.
  • Oversee data visibility, integrity, and cleanliness across website tracking systems and throughout the entire sales and marketing funnel from Lead to Customer
  • Own website-related systems & tools; Ownership of the technical stack (Marketo) and ensure utilization, compliance, and connectivity of additional technology systems (Clay, SFDC, Lean Data, Domo, Advertising Platforms, HockeyStack)
  • Achieve expert status in web technology and industry trends as it relates to SEO, CRO, and digital revenue growth functions
