About The Position

Web Graphic Designer & Email Marketing Specialist Four Squared Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Graphic Designer & Email Marketing Specialist to help drive our brand online and engage our audience through compelling design and email campaigns. Role Overview: The mid-level Web Graphic Designer & Email Marketing Specialist will combine creative design skills with marketing strategy to create visually appealing website graphics, email campaigns, and digital assets. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical skill, and marketing insight to enhance our digital presence and drive engagement.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in web graphic design and/or email marketing
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and web best practices
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Portfolio showcasing web and email design projects

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web design is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Web Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics for websites, landing pages, banners, and other digital assets
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure designs are user-friendly and responsive
  • Create graphics for social media, blogs, and online ads
  • Assist with UI/UX design improvements on web pages
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated flows
  • Segment email lists for targeted campaigns and optimize delivery schedules
  • A/B test subject lines, layouts, and CTAs to improve performance
  • Monitor analytics such as open rates, CTRs, and conversions, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing objectives
  • General: Stay up-to-date with design trends, email marketing best practices, and digital marketing tools
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand storytelling and campaign effectiveness
