About The Position

As our Marketing Creative Designer, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and high-impact execution. We are looking for a detail-obsessed creator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes immense pride in seeing a concept through to final delivery. In this role, you’ll produce polished, on-brand visuals across digital, social, and print platforms, ensuring our brand remains cohesive and compelling at every touchpoint.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional design experience in a creative role.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Figma.
  • Proven expertise in digital ad design (paid social formats, display ads).
  • Strong understanding of print production and file preparation.
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics (Canva Video, CapCut, or similar).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Financial Services, Mortgage, Real Estate, or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality assets across digital, social, print, and event channels (flyers, social graphics, and promotional materials).
  • Build and maintain visually excellent PowerPoint and Google Slides decks that simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.
  • Develop optimized creatives for paid social, display ads, and email campaigns, focusing on engagement and conversion (CTR).
  • Design web-ready assets for landing pages and banners using Figma to ensure alignment with web and product design needs.
  • Produce short-form video and basic motion graphics for social platforms using Canva Video, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere.
  • Serve as a "Brand Guardian," ensuring every deliverable strictly adheres to brand guidelines and system applications.
  • Partner closely with the Creative Manager to interpret design direction and maintain a unified brand voice.
  • Execute a rigorous proofing process to ensure all materials are error-free and meet high design standards before release.
  • Manage the end-to-end print process, including vendor coordination and the preparation of press-ready files (bleeds, margins, and technical specs).
  • Independently manage multiple projects and deadlines, responding to creative briefs with speed and discipline.
  • Support internal initiatives and major product launches from initial concept to final delivery.
  • Maintain strict version control and file organization to ensure assets are easily accessible for cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure designs align with business KPIs and campaign objectives.
