Job Purpose: To support Web Experience leadership by conducting research and providing analysis on: site performance, customer experience, and other related areas in eCommerce.

Requirements

SQL and SQL Query.
Experience in data analysis.
Background in eCommerce.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and presenting to upper management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Experience with BI tools (Cognos, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and data science applications.
Expert understanding of data warehousing design and data modeling.

Responsibilities

Conduct research, data analysis, and interviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage incoming data and reporting requests, setting priorities based on business impact.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and identify the KPIs that matter most.
Translate business needs into clear documentation and actionable deliverables.
Prepare documents to present findings and analysis to management.
