Role Summary An Associate Front-End Developer helps build and maintain user‑facing features for websites and web applications. This is an early‑career role focused on learning, contributing to UI implementation, fixing bugs, and supporting senior developers—all while building mastery in core front‑end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Design, or comparable experience.
  • Foundational proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
  • Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
  • Exposure to version control workflows.
  • Strong willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to producing quality code.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic familiarity with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Interface Development Translate UI/UX wireframes into functional web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Build responsive layouts optimized for various devices and browsers.
  • Assist in implementing interactivity, animations, and user‑facing components.
  • Website Maintenance & Optimization Fix front‑end bugs and perform routine website updates.
  • Support performance optimization (load time, accessibility, cross‑browser testing).
  • Collaboration Work closely with designers to translate visual concepts into code.
  • Partner with backend developers to integrate APIs and data into UI components.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow established standards.
  • Quality Assurance Test UI functionality across modern browsers and devices.
  • Identify UI/UX inconsistencies and suggest improvements.
