As an Web Designer, you will take the lead on designing digital content-related projects spanning web, email, and intranet platforms. You will partner with Category and Digital Marketers to visually communicate with our customers and collaborate with the e-commerce development team to implement new website and digital campaign design solutions. You will elevate the aesthetic of our website and email marketing, ensuring everything aligns with our brand direction. Translating your designs into code, you will test for browser compatibility, SEO best practices, and mobile responsiveness. Throughout the day, you will reach across departments, communicating and collaborating with teammates to deliver outstanding digital experiences while keeping multiple projects moving forward.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in web, interactive, or graphic design
• Experience advocating for content and user experience across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, WordPress, and MS Office
• Experience designing and developing responsive websites with Bootstrap or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of digital production processes and the ability to produce, optimize, and deliver files
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Advanced HTML and CSS skills
• Understanding of standards, usability methods, browser compatibility, and website performance optimization
• Ability to maintain consistent branding and design systems across all web presences
• Knowledge of best practices and UX principles
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple projects
• Ability to accept and incorporate constructive criticism
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skill
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
