Their product allows users to express emotions through short-form audio snippets, blending creativity and communication in a fun, Gen Z–inspired way. The company is looking for a talented Web & Graphic Designer to help them design a high-conversion landing page and continue as a graphic designer for ongoing visual needs. ✍ Short Description We’re seeking a creative Web & Graphic Designer to design a landing page that drives app downloads. You’ll be responsible for translating the brand into a visually engaging, non-corporate web experience, incorporating interactive elements like sound functionality, and ensuring the landing page is simple and easy for the internal team to update post-launch. After the landing page is complete, you’ll continue to contribute as a graphic designer, creating visual assets for social media and supporting ongoing design needs.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in graphic and web design, ideally within startups or consumer apps
  • A portfolio showcasing fresh, Gen Z–oriented design aesthetics
  • Proven experience designing high-conversion landing pages (downloads, sign-ups, engagement)
  • Comfortable blending web design with graphic design for social and digital content
  • Familiarity with designing lightweight, maintainable landing pages (CMS or no-code tools a plus)
  • Ability to work autonomously in a lean, fast-moving environment
  • Experience collaborating asynchronously with distributed teams
  • Excellent English communication, both written and verbal

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to music, entertainment, consumer apps, or creator-driven platforms
  • Experience with web design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Knowledge of app marketing principles or digital product design

Responsibilities

  • Design a Gen Z–focused landing page aimed at increasing app downloads
  • Create a visually engaging, interactive experience that captures the brand essence
  • Integrate sound/audio functionality to showcase the app’s core features
  • Ensure the landing page is simple, informative, and easy for the internal team to manage post-launch
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to iterate quickly based on feedback and early performance data
  • Work independently during focused design hours and stay available for asynchronous collaboration via Slack
  • Continue working as a graphic designer, creating visual assets for social media (TikTok, Instagram) and artist collaborations
  • Support ongoing design needs after the landing page launch, contributing to the brand’s evolving visual identity
