The Web Content Specialist for Finance and Business Services (FBS) serves as a strategic contributor to marketing and communications initiatives that enhance visibility and engagement across FBS web platforms. This role is responsible for building, organizing, designing, and maintaining websites using Miami University’s content management system (CMS). The specialist leads website transitions to updated templates, improves user experience through content and navigation optimization, and ensures alignment with university branding and marketing strategies. This position reports to the Director of Marketing Projects and Operations in FBS Marketing and operates in a hybrid capacity, with one approved remote workday per week.
