About The Position

In this key role, the Web Content Designer is responsible for the development, designing, and production of high-quality digital marketing materials within the branding guidelines established. This role requires passion and interest for capturing and communicating brand stories through digital media as part of integrated campaigns and initiatives that grow and engage audiences. This role requires someone with proven content creation design across digital platforms who can create dynamic and innovative content using a range of techniques.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated professional-level skills with a minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, web design, web development or similar role.
  • Comprehensive portfolio showcasing at least 3 years of design work, demonstrating elevated design skills and originality.
  • Expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or equivalent design tools.
  • Ability to apply effective time management skills, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Copy-editing and storytelling skills across a variety of formats and distribution channels.

Nice To Haves

  • UI / UX design and development experience
  • Proficient with front end web design technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React.js, XML)
  • Experience with back-end ecommerce technologies (Magento, AWS, RDS).
  • Experience with SEO and SEM technologies (GTM, Google Analytics, PPC, social media advertising)

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop digital marketing materials, including website pages, hero banners, online forms, digital graphics, and other promotional collateral, specifically for use online.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of brand guidelines, ensuring all designs adhere to established standards and reflect the company’s visual identity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, colleagues, and external vendors to understand objectives and develop design concepts that effectively communicate key messages for advertising campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Stay informed about current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance the quality and effectiveness of advertising design deliverables.
  • Create copy for social media platforms, emails, ad campaigns, website pages and more.
  • Develop and implement creative communication strategies for online target audiences.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
