Under limited supervision and in a fast-paced environment, the Website Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of CFP Board’s websites (CFP.net, LetsMakeAPlan.org, etc.), including overseeing development, defining strategy, directing design and content development, and ensuring the sites are continually improved for performance, SEO, and user engagement. This role serves as the primary owner of CFP Board’s web properties, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all site activity across technology, content, and marketing initiatives. The Manager proactively identifies opportunities, tracks priorities, and ensures alignment across stakeholders. The Manager coordinates with internal and external stakeholders and partner agencies to ensure strategic direction and goals are accomplished. She/he supervises the Web Communications Specialist.
