E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a Web Application Developer to support a government client within the IT Department of Homeless Services and Housing (DHSH) . The selected candidate will support the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of web-based applications and reporting solutions used to support public health and housing initiatives. This role is ideal for a technically strong analyst who can work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality solutions in a public-sector environment. This position will be hybrid, with 3 days on site and 2 days remote after training, with a duration of 6 months to 1 year with a possibility to extend it. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern Microsoft and JavaScript frameworks
  • Support application enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance improvements
  • Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS
  • Perform research, analysis, and problem resolution related to application issues
  • Work with relational databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queries
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders, IT teams, and business users
  • Document technical solutions, processes, and system changes
  • Ensure work complies with government standards, policies, and security requirements
  • Experience with ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC, and Angular
  • Experience with Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Strong experience working with relational databases and SQL
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology , or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong background in coding languages, databases, and data analytics tools
  • Interest in new and emerging technologies
  • Experience supporting or integrating Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
  • Prior experience working in a government or public-sector environment
  • Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
