About The Position

Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is committed to providing exceptional financial services and personalized solutions to our members. Our Wealth Services team integrates investment, insurance, and planning strategies to help members achieve their financial goals. Liberty Wealth Services is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to lead a new program offering located at our Burkhardt Office at 1900 Hirschland Road in Evansville, IN. This is an exciting opportunity to build and grow a brand-new sub-department focused on estate planning. Initially, this role will serve the estate planning needs of our existing Wealth Services clients, while also driving the expansion and development of this new offering. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Indiana.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in estate planning law.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience building or leading a legal or financial services program.
• Familiarity with wealth management and financial planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide estate planning services to existing Wealth Services clients, including wills, trusts, and related legal documentation.
• Lead the strategic development and growth of Liberty Wealth Services’ estate planning program.
• Collaborate with wealth advisors to integrate estate planning into holistic financial strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Build and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop processes, resources, and best practices for the new estate planning department.
