About The Position

HilltopSecurities is seeking a Wealth Management Associate to join its Advisory Services Group (ASG), a fast-paced and highly collaborative team. The ASG provides platforms and services to registered advisors within HTS, MIN, and Correspondent firms, who manage private portfolios for high net worth individuals and institutional clients. This role is crucial to the success of the Advisory Services Group, involving the conversion of advisory accounts, strengthening advisor relationships, performing administrative duties, and assisting with special projects. Candidates will utilize their ASG team and industry experience to address advisor inquiries concerning new accounts, portfolio management, and fee billing. HilltopSecurities, a subsidiary of HilltopHoldings, emphasizes building collaborative relationships to enhance the financial future of individuals, businesses, and communities. The company offers a broad range of investment banking and financial services and has a nationwide presence across 400 locations in 44 states. The Wealth Management department focuses on a relationship-based approach, providing customized financial planning through its Private Client Group. Professionals in this department help clients build wealth, analyze financial status and goals, advise on investment strategies, develop new business opportunities, and onboard new clients. The role also involves learning and delivering behavioral financial concepts, forging relationships with community and business leaders, and learning from experienced financial professionals. The Clearing department supports over 130 broker-dealers and Registered Investment Advisors, focusing on mitigating risk, achieving competitive returns, and meeting investment objectives. As part of the Wealth Management team, associates are encouraged to pursue professional development opportunities, including FINRA series exam sponsorship, tuition reimbursement, mentorship, and support from all levels of employees.
