Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience
State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66
Values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management, ensure consistent communication and progress tracking
Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies, offering clear recommendations and guidance
Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients' unique situations

$250-$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120-day timeline for successful completion of company sponsored required FINRA licenses and registrations.
After successfully completing PEP, you will be eligible to become a 20th Edition financial professional. Equitable Advisors supports you with biweekly stable pay for up to your first 24 months as a financial professional, empowering you to establish your career in wealth management. Stable pay is based on a structured 40-hour workweek, with $27,550 annually.
In addition to Stable Pay, financial professionals are eligible to earn commissions and bonus.
Eligible financial professionals can participate in our comprehensive benefits programs including health, dental and vision, 401(k); Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP); disability; life Insurance; and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP), each subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable program, as may be in effect from time to time.
