About The Position

Greet clients and answer phones. Assist clients with online account access. Open and sort mail. Balance Trust Accounts File paper and electronic documents. Reviews and pays clients bills. Prepares correspondence and client reports. Complete department mailings. Takes ownership of projects as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Business or office experience.
  • Demonstrates good customer service
  • Effectively work as a team member and independently
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred.
  • Trust experience preferred
