We are seeking a full-time Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our New Windsor, NY tax office through April 2026. The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment, including experience managing a high volume of phone calls.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Solid administrative, computer, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with UltraTax and CS Practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling, confirming, and coordinating client appointments.
  • Managing a high volume of incoming telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Performing accurate and timely data entry.
  • Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and collating documents.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
