About The Position
Support Inclusive Workplaces and Empower Growth! Goodwill Southern California is looking for a compassionate Part-Time Job Coach who's dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities succeed at work. You'll provide one-on-one training, encourage professional growth, and support inclusion across diverse workplace settings. What You'll Do: Coach participants in learning and mastering job duties. Provide feedback, encouragement, and real-time skill development. Serve as a liaison between the participant and employer. Track and document progress to ensure compliance with program goals. Promote independence and self-sufficiency for each participant. What You Bring: High school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment. Excellent communication and observation skills. Strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and workplace safety. This is a part-time opportunity to make a full-time impact.
