This is a long-term position , not seasonal or temporary. We’re seeking dependable team members who want to grow with us while helping others thrive. New Pay Rate – Starting at $19.35/Hour! We’ve increased our pay to better reflect the value of this meaningful role. Starting rates may increase based on relevant experience.

  • Support individuals with IDD as they learn job tasks and adjust to workplace expectations
  • Teach essential skills: communication, time management, problem-solving, and teamwork
  • Encourage confidence, independence, and personal growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and job site supervisors
  • Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and support
  • Compassionate, reliable, and passionate about helping others succeed
  • 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least 2 years (permit time excluded)
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and fitness assessment
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and provide hands-on support as needed
  • Available to attend paid New Hire Training (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM) 2 weeks
