About The Position

We are currently hiring a Workers’ Compensation Claims Associate to join our Roanoke owned and operated organization. In this role, you’ll be part of a team that administers self-insurance risk pools - an alternative to traditional insurance products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and assessments to determine claim compensability.
• Work closely with injured workers to guide them through the claims process.
• Collect, review, and maintain proper documentation and records.
