About The Position

Wax Core Source - 1st shift Title: Wax Core Source Reports to: Wax Area Manager Location: Mentor Shift: 1st, 9am - 5pm Requirements: Able to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity Comfortable using a team approach to problem solving Have strong sense of urgency with the ability to work independently Work Experience: Ability to perform tasks as directed. Responsibility: The Wax Operator is responsible for completing assigned tasks, following the schedule as set by supervision, maintaining a clean work area, and reducing scrap. Specific Duties: Perform basic wax related tasks in assigned area. Perform production schedule as needed by the business demand. Keeps work area clean, orderly, and in safe condition, following all safety rules – supports 6S initiatives. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors. Any and all additional responsibilities as required or assigned.
