We are now expanding our services to include a variety of specialized waterproofing, caulking, coatings, air barriers, and concrete restoration services and are seeking experienced professionals to help lead and manage these exciting projects and company growth. Our success is built on our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. We are currently hiring a Waterproofing/Concrete Restoration Foreman to oversee and supervise projects that involve commercial caulking, waterproofing, wall and floor coatings, concrete repairs, and masonry restoration. If you have experience in commercial construction or restoration, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, waterproofing, concrete restoration, masonry restoration, or related trades.
  • Prior experience as a foreman, supervisor, or team leader, with the ability to manage a team, coordinate tasks, and ensure quality work.
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, waterproofing methods, air barriers, sealants, caulking, and concrete restoration.
  • Ability to operate equipment, power tools, and other construction machinery safely.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and experience maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Familiarity with construction management software (Microsoft Office, Bluebeam) to track project details and manage schedules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and customer representatives.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, using aerial lifts, and working at heights.
  • Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation to job sites.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with masonry restoration and concrete repairs
  • OSHA 10-hour certification (Training will be provided if necessary)
  • Knowledge of fluid-applied air barrier systems and spray equipment

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of skilled tradespeople on various projects, ensuring that work is performed safely and in accordance with specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate activities, adjust work sequences, and communicate project progress to project managers and superiors.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, quality control measures, and customer specifications. Inspect work areas for safety and cleanliness.
  • Assist in the lifting, positioning, and securing of materials and workpieces, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Mentor, educate, and train new team members on DRI-LOK's processes and procedures.
  • Maintain good working relationships with clients and customer representatives, addressing any concerns and providing excellent service.
  • Ensure that all team members follow company safety policies and OSHA standards. Conduct regular safety briefings and site inspections.
  • Use construction management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Microsoft Office) to manage project schedules, costs, and other critical documentation.
