Tentative start date around April (weather dependent) We are seeking a qualified Watering Laborer to maintain residential landscaping through strategic watering operations. This position includes operating a pickup truck, helping to move water hoses and managing irrigation systems across multiple residential properties.

Requirements

  • Prior experience strongly recommended
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response)
  • 8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher (if applicable based on certification date)
  • 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety Certification
  • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy water hoses
  • Capable of working on uneven terrain and slopes
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Stamina for extended periods of physical activity during 10-hour shifts

Responsibilities

  • Operate a pickup truck in support of water truck operations
  • Assist with refilling water tanks at designated fill stations
  • Set up, connect, and operate hoses for sod irrigation systems
  • Safely handle and manage heavy-duty hoses across varied terrain, including slopes and inclines
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and assist with basic maintenance as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of water usage, job sites, and service locations
