About The Position

Fire Training Structures has been a leading-edge manufacturer of quality fire training simulators both domestically and internationally. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a General Laborer to join our hardworking Phoenix team. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our portable storage containers to ensure they are in top condition and ready for customer use. $19-$20.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in general labor or maintenance repairs.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools (grinders, saws, etc.).
Reliable, self-disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with teammates effectively.

Nice To Haves

Welding experience and/or 25T Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Grind, paint, sweep, and hose containers to maintain their appearance and functionality.
Repair drywall holes and replace tile or epoxy flooring as needed.
Clean windows, blinds, doors, floors, and walls to keep units in top shape.
Perform minor welding and basic repairs to keep containers operational.
Assemble and disassemble storage structures for customer readiness.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools, including grinders and saws.
Other duties as assigned by leadership.
