Requirements

A bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil, environmental or related engineering from an accredited college or university AND at least six (6) years of relevant experience
PE license in any state with the ability to obtain in additional states

Designing water and wastewater projects, with specialization in one or more of the following project types:
Large diameter pipelines
Water/wastewater treatment
Pump stations
Effluent disposal and biosolids
Stormwater
Project management (scope, schedule and budget)
Mentoring and providing technical guidance to staff
Client management for municipal and county governments

Responsibilities

Serving as the project manager for civil/environmental water and wastewater projects
Overseeing design as well as performing technical design tasks
Drafting proposals with scope and pricing
Reviewing client billings
Mentoring and providing technical guidance to staff
Serving as a client manager
