About The Position

Velaz Water Systems is a leading provider of water filtration and treatment solutions for homeowners, dedicated to delivering clean, safe water and exceptional customer service. As a Water Systems Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting families with innovative water solutions and helping them improve their quality of life. This is an on-site, field-based position serving the Elizabeth, New Jersey area and broader statewide territory. Key responsibilities include: Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and assigned appointments Educate homeowners about water filtration and treatment options tailored to their needs Present and explain product benefits, features, and value propositions Close sales, submit contracts, and ensure accurate documentation Follow the company sales process and maintain compliance standards Maintain a professional attitude, appearance, and strong work ethic Represent Velaz Water Systems with integrity and a customer-focused mindset

Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to perform door-to-door canvassing as part of the sales role
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel throughout New Jersey for statewide territory coverage
  • Available to work Monday to Saturday
  • Access to reliable transportation for daily travel
  • Active auto insurance
  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation

  • Experience in a customer-facing role involving direct conversations with homeowners
  • Earning expectations aligned with typical new-rep commission earnings of $2,000–$20,000 in the first 1–3 months
