We are currently looking for a driven and customer-focused Water Sales Representative (Water Professional) to join our team. This is a hands-on, in-home sales role with strong growth potential.This role is perfect for a strong closer who enjoys helping homeowners improve their water quality, efficiency, and overall home comfort. You’ll diagnose failed water heaters, recommend comprehensive replacement solutions, assess water quality, and present premium products such as whole-home water filtration systems (like Halo), reverse osmosis drinking systems, and instant hot water solutions to deliver cleaner, safer, and more efficient water throughout the home.

Requirements

  • Prior in-home sales experience is required (HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, or home improvement).
  • Proven and verifiable ability to close sales and build rapport with homeowners.
  • Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn plumbing and water-quality product knowledge (full training provided).
  • Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/sales software a plus.
  • Familiarity with option selling (presenting multiple solution tiers) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations to diagnose failed water heaters and evaluate overall water quality.
  • Present comprehensive solutions and upgrades, including whole-home filtration (Halo), reverse osmosis, and instant hot water systems.
  • Build trust and deliver value by offering clear, well-presented solution options.
  • Manage the full sales process, from diagnosis and pricing to paperwork and coordination with installation teams.
  • Partner with the Installation Specialist team to ensure seamless project completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Work flexible hours, including Saturdays and occasional after-hours appointments, to accommodate homeowners’ schedules.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and company sales goals.
