Requirements

Proven success in outside sales, B2B, or restoration industry
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of insurance restoration, water mitigation, or construction (preferred)
Sales experience in water/fire restoration , HVAC , plumbing , or construction trades
Comfortable networking with insurance agents , adjusters , property managers , and plumbers
Ability to work flexible hours and respond quickly when needed (some emergency calls)

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, and contractors
Generate and follow up on leads for water, mold, and fire restoration
Conduct site visits and build trust with homeowners and commercial clients
Manage customer relationships through the inspection-to-job-close process
Represent the company at local networking and industry events
Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue goals
